Dispute filed for item not received. Dispute closed b/c seller then sends item & proof but when I finally receive item- it’s NOT what I ordered! Can’t contact seller & can’t file dispute claim again. What can I do? Please help!
Contact PayPal to request a change to your reason for claim to significantly not as described. Be sure to reference case ID number.
Keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping the item back for a refund though when PayPal rules in your favor. If that is not suitable for your needs then you may want to dispute it through your card issuer instead if you paid with card.
