I need help refunding a 'pay in 3' payment in full

I bought an item on Depop using the 'pay in 3' option on Paypal. 

 

The seller's account was blocked by Depop and I never received the item. 

 

Depop have assured me I'm protected by Paypal and can apply for a refund, however I am struggling to do this. When I click on the payment in my transaction history it doesn't give me the option to 'report a problem' as it does with other transactions. Help!

Hi,

Go to the Resolution Center to pull up the transaction.

 

If that doesn’t work, contact PayPal with the transaction ID to request that an Item Not Received dispute be opened:

 

  1. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations
  3. Click Disputes
  4. Click Dispute a payment
  5. Click Message Us or Call Us after the “This information might help” box
