I followed the 3 steps to resolve the account limitation but when it asked to confirm a card I took a picture of my a card and added it to my PayPal account. I could not add the one from the transactions because it was canceled and I was a victim of fraud. I just want to make sure I send the right information and if it is invalid will they let me send in another photo document or card? How do I speak to a representative about this I have not been able to get a hold of one this morning.
