Refund Case

I opened a case to return an item not as described. The seller has not replied that he has recieved the item. I used my online USPS Account to create a labe but there is no place to add this to my case. Any suggestions?

Hmm, that's definitely strange. You should have the option to add the tracking information to the case. If you don't see that option, you should contact us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can help update the case. Thanks!
