HI im currently in the process of trying to recover all of my accounts that have been hacked just recently and managed to change my passwords after someone changing everything and locked me out. I Decided to close my paypal cash card and reported it as stolen/compromised and i really need a new one but ever since i marked my account as compromised i have a ton of limitations on my account and when i try to apply for another card i get this message "We can’t update your account We’re unable to make the requested updates to your account. You’re still able to use your PayPal account to shop, send money and get paid." What can i do to fix this problem?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
