Random permanent account limitation

Hello, I have an urgent issue. For some reason, I received an email saying that my account was permanently limited and I would not have access to any of the funds in my account for 180 days. My customers are trying to pay for my service and are not able to, and I need access to my money immediately. I have gotten 0 disputes and never have had any issues with my account prior to limitation.
