PayPal asked me to provide for a reciept from the buyer and yet the funds that I received didn't involve any sales. It was a donation. How do I proof that?

Hi @Mp202020,
Thanks for reaching out. From what you described, your account may have been limited and PayPal has some questions about your business. I can understand how this would be alarming, but it should be relatively easy to resolve.
I would recommend responding to that appeal step with a detailed explanation of your business and why you do not have any receipts to offer. Once all the appeal steps in your Resolution Center have received a response, you should be good to go. Limitations are generally reviewed in 3 - 5 days and any additional updates will be provided via email.
