So, long story short, I sold an item on facebook in good faith, and to my mind accurately described. The buyer believes he has over paid and wants to raise a claim. He did not use his own account though, he used a friends. Quite apart from the issue of accurately describing the item, can his friend raise a claim against me, even though he is not the recipient of the goods? Thanks

If the payment is initiated through his friend's PayPal account, he will be having the option to file a dispute.
