Please help me to resolve the Account Limitations and get back normal.

Hi, hope you are doing well. On June 22, I heard that my account has been temporarily limited (Reference ID: PP-L-269004353032). I have submitted the required document (''letter of authorization'') on June 23rd to resolve this issue. It should be resolved on Jun 30th, yet not resolve the issue. I seek help from your agents I only got responses like 'under reviewing' and one said you need to wait till Jul 3rd, another said to wait for 10 business days, and one more said wait till Jul 7th. The time is extending but no luck. My money is already stuck in the account because of the limitation and on Jul 6th my client sent my money, which was also on waiting (not received on my account). Those are my hard-worked earned salary. It's very tough financially and mentally being my money stuck and not received. I hope you understand my hard time. Please help me to resolve the issue. Thank you.
