Buyer has put hold on payment because I was uncontactable and got item posted off later by a day than I'd said. Iv sent item costing me and notified of tracking ID number now I want to be paid . Even when he receives it I don't think he's going to pay me . What am I missing. This is all foreign to me .how do I get my money. What if he says he never received it. Confused?
