I found a transaction in my Paypal account that I never authorized .
The charge was by order.wish.com and the Contact info: ORDER.WISH.COM and Payment Sent to:<removed>
I disputed the charge then Paypal rejected my claim without any further explanation.
This is a clear Fraud by someone using paypal email and claiming that it was a wish order. we are a youth non-profit organization and we don't even have a wish account. This is scary how people can steal money from my account and yet paypal don't do anything about it.
I think we are planning to move to another payment gateway because we are a non-profit with limited budget to serve our youth and we don't want to be surprised with another person stealing a bigger amount from our paypal account.
Anyone else experienced this issue and how it was resolved ?
