My paypal account has basically been closed all I can do now is refund any customers but I made a transaction before my account had all of these limitations from my bank account to my PayPal balance and it’s pending but i won’t be able to get it back because of these limitations and PayPal has said to show a bank statement and ID to let me remove my cards etc from the account but they didn’t say where to send them too so I really need help getting this money back
