I never received item from seller,sent messages to PayPal they closed my case still this is wrong

You not only one. Pay Pal made wrong decision, buyer -read scumbag - liar and cyber shoplifter kept over $3,000. item, got refund from bank by filing illegal chargeback.

Now, Pay Pal made my balance negative for over $3,000. and wants me to pay.

Lowlife buyer has over $7,000, plus in his pocket.
