Paypal: arbitrary and capricious

Has anyone else had Paypal limit then ban their account for no reason and without any sort of explanation or opportunity for appeal to an actual human being?  Really puts a kink in trying to keep a business going if an online vendor won't abide by the good faith of their own user agreements.

Well paypal do not ban your account for 0 reasons.

That would be counter productive as they need us to open and use paypal accounts as that is how they make their cash.

So its sounds as if you are the one that needed to read and abide by their user agreement or acceptable use policy as you must have broken it for them to ban you.

This has been a major complaint now for years. Paypal is getting worse and worse. I hope they finally get shut down. They can only scam people out of their money for just so long before their house of cards finally collapses.
