Hi! I've escalated a paypal dispute I opened, claiming a smartwatch purchase as scam. Now, PayPal ask for my respond which requires me to upload something (jpg/pdf/etc). I've previously explain all that I have to explain in the description during escalating the dispute. I see no response from seller. So, what should I respond? There's no question asked by paypal either through email or the open case. How should I respond when there is no question asked?

This is my conversation with the seller in the case. The last part is the description for why I escalated the case (case due date is 23Oct18) ----- Your conversation with the seller You Order number #47367 Seller promised to ship 5-20days after payment confirmation. Until today (4Oct18) i haven't got any shipping status from them nor order update status. Emailed their customer service but not replied. October 3, 2018 at 7:17:57 PM PDT Hope everything goes well. Your order has been shipped with tracking number: RB416058070TW You can track your order via this link: https://www.17track.net/en Please allow more few days for your package arrives and wait patiently. Please feel free to contact if you have any further question. Best Regards October 15, 2018 at 11:57:21 PM PDT You After reviewing this video, I'm pretty sure what's coming isn't gonna be the same watch as advertised by your ads at sterdio.com https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnKb8NtHEks Only after I opened this dispute case did you guys reply to me. Considering I have to send back your "toy watch" later when it arrives, which will be quite costly, and time consuming before this dispute case reach the resolution deadline, I suggest the paypal resolution team should simply ban this seller for practising bad click bait business scheme and scamming people with fake ads. October 18, 2018 at 7:40:21 AM PDT You I have reason to believe that I may be another victim of a scam by sterdio.com. A month ago I saw this exact same video (https://youtu.be/UkLf2Y9Dq98) on my socmed account. Haven't known about the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier then, I decided to click (tap) on the ad link which directed me straight to the sterdio.com purchase page of the said smart (sports) watch. Almost a month after my purchase date, I emailed to sterdio.com asking about my order status but did not get any response/reply. I began to get curious and search for Radiance A3 and sterdio.com info. Lo and behold, I was not the first one being victim of their scam. I should've watched this video (https://youtu.be/fnKb8NtHEks) and read their comments before that purchase. I opened this dispute case, then only did they respond to the dispute, stating that they had sent the item, providing postage tracking code. I know that I had to send (post) the junk back to whatever address the seller is gonna provide later before PayPal can take further action on this case. However, that will mean I have to spend MORE money on that scammer/fraudster which I think shouldn't have been allowed to operate with such business practice in the first place. Moreover, making PayPal their indirect accomplice scamming people off their hard earned money. I hope PayPal would take a strict action on this seller and consider refunding my card transaction over this purchase. PS As of writing,I still haven't received the item purchased. On 24th Oct (2 days later) I got this email notification: "Your seller has issued a refund of $40.79 USD to you, and this case (Case ID PP-007-377-***-***) has been closed. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the amount is refunded to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement."
