I need clarity on a current case against me.. A buyer has contacted their financial institution claiming they have no received their item. I have since sent the receipt showing the parcel was signed for at the address confirmed and registered with PayPal. I would like confirmation I am covered by Paypal’s seller protection act (as it states). Secondly I do not see how I could possibly lose this case when I have proof it has been signed for and finally, I have contacted my lawyer at Goldmans due this effecting my business

Hi @DayneK,
Welcome to the PayPal community! I'm sorry to hear of your ongoing dispute, but I'd be happy to help. If you have provided tracking that shows delivery to the address provided in the original transaction (and includes signature if needed) and you have provided this information within the time period requested, you should be eligible for Seller Protection.
Thanks,
Gwen
