PayPal is requesting more info even though I provided everything they asked for - website error?

I got a notification in my PayPal and on email that they request more info from me. I have a business account. I went on the website, in the notifications section and provided all the info they asked for, which is:

Personal information
Proof of identity (photo of ID)
Letter of authorisation
Proof of business registration
Additional business information
Add beneficial owners
Add company directors
Owner information
Add beneficial owners
Director details
Confirm card

I provided ALL THAT. But I keep having a notification that says "some account information is missing or incorrect". When I click on "resolve" to add or edit whatever more info they want, There's nothing for me to add. I can't click on anything, I can't do anything on that page! I just have a list on the right like the list above, where everything is marked with a green check mark. No section appears to be missing or incorrect. Everything is marked as good. Yet the notification that says "some account information is missing or incorrect" doesn't go away.

I emailed them about this issue. No reply. I emailed multiple times. No reply.

Now they limited my account and I can't withdraw money anymore. EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED ALL THE INFO THEY ASKED FOR! And everything in that list they ask for is marked with a green check mark and there's literally nothing missing or incorrect, and nothing I can add on that page, or edit!

It is illegal for them to keep my money when I complied with all their requests and provided all the info and papers and documents they asked for!

How do I resolve this? Or how do I sue them?

I am having the same problem. Calling Customer "Service" about this is a joke. To me, this sounds borderline illegal. While PayPal makes ridiculous repetitive demands for information, they get to use your money for free. Imagine the free billions they get to use by pulling off this nonsense. I received an e-mail stating ID had been verified, yet still cannot withdraw funds and they are saying they still need some information WHICH THEY DO NOT EVEN SPECIFY.  The worst service I have ever seen.

Hello @oanaoprisa, @PastorBob1,

Sorry to hear you're running into some issues resolving your limitation. I would definitely recommend reaching out to our Customer Support over the phone to assist further with your limitation. Normally it just takes 3 - 5 business days for your documents / information to be reviewed. If our review teams are asking for that information / documentation again, it means the first time you may have submitted them either didn't upload correctly, couldn't read the document, or couldn't see the entire document. Limitations are designed to disrupt service, however they are designed to disrupt as minimally as possible while confirming what information needs to be confirmed for regulatory or compliance reasons.

Best of luck!

Clearly you have not attempted to get any answers from "Customer Service". Oh, they will call you back. They will be very supportive. But nothing will happen. Zero. Nada. Telling people to call in when the whole process is a joke just makes PayPal look even more oblivious to their abysmal service.
