Clearly you have not attempted to get any answers from "Customer Service". Oh, they will call you back. They will be very supportive. But nothing will happen. Zero. Nada. Done and dusted with these guys. Service = 0. Integrity = 0. Clearly one hand does not know what the other is doing. What else can explain repetitive requests for the same information over and over, even after they confirmed our account was verified? AND, they refuse to release our funds. Happy days here, we have turned off all of our web PayPal feeds and moved on. Despite being told by PayPal e-mail our account was verified they still are holding money, and have come back for the 5th time for more information. This is AFTER telling us ID had been verified. I don't know how you will extricate yourself (we have taken legal action), but when you do, run. There are way better options out there. ... View more

I am having the same problem. Calling Customer "Service" about this is a joke. To me, this sounds borderline illegal. While PayPal makes ridiculous repetitive demands for information, they get to use your money for free. Imagine the free billions they get to use by pulling off this nonsense. I received an e-mail stating ID had been verified, yet still cannot withdraw funds and they are saying they still need some information WHICH THEY DO NOT EVEN SPECIFY.  The worst service I have ever seen. ...
