Lodged a dispute regarding multiple payments Apple removed from my account. PayPal stated they would review by 20 April 2021. So far they appear to have done nothing. There appears to be no way I can find to get PyPal's attention.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
