I opened a dispute towards Etoro, as $200 came out of my card, I tried asking Etoro for the money back but their customer support haven't answered my issue. Etoro hasn't corrected the wrongs and gave my funds back. Their support team took 1 week to get back to me.
And they haven't gave my funds back, i then opened a file dispute through PayPal against Etoro. But Paypal has favored the case towards Etoro.
Which was very unfair and strange.
I am currently trying to resolve my issue with Etoro at the moment, but their support services are very terrible. They don't even contact as much, and leave problems unsolved.
