PayPal claim feedback states the wrong

Hi all - I went through a claim process where I was asked to prove that I was due to a refund credit. I shared 3 times the PDF and the email that PROVE that I am due to credit but the feedback I got from Paypal was always the same: "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because we never received documentation that proves you are due a credit.".

 

Does someone know why Paypal operators say I have NOT shared any documents, whereas I have actually shared this documents 3 times?

 

Is there any way to force a more comprehensive feedback from Paypal?
