Hi everyone
I recently ordered something and immediately requested to cancel the order.
The following morning, I received an acknowledgement of the cancellation and that they would refund me within 2-3 days.
Since then, I have not had a refund and I have tried several times to contact the business but not got a response.
I've tried twice to file a dispute through Paypal but Paypal keeps cancelling the disputes. So far I've tried 'wrong amount charged' and 'unauthorised payment'.
I am really frustrated, I used to have faith in the Paypal protection.
Can anyone suggest anything or is my £77 lost to foolishness?
