PayPal claim denied when it was unfair?

Hi,

A few days ago I got a text saying that someone was trying to make a payment with my account that I had not authorised. It asked me if it was me or fraudulant and I said it was fraudulant so it began an investigation and no payment came out of my bank account. I thought this would be sorted but I just checked and the claim was denied and money taken from my account? I can not even appeal the claim again as they now say it was not a fraudulant claim and now £100 has been spent without my permission with no way to get it back. I cannot even remove my bank account details so I can stop this from happening again as a "transaction is in progress" with my account.

How do I appeal this again? The purchase was clearly not me as it was billed to a place in Twickenham where all my details show I have never lived.
