PayPal account locked but when I click on contact Support there is nothing

PayPal account is locked but when I click on contact Support there is nothing getting displayed where I can reactivate my account. PayPal support also doesnt answer at all. I lost multiple houndred of dollars now and I am about to contact my lawyer what is this **bleep**

If its a permanent ban then you may not be able to contact them, check with your lawyer?
