PP Closed Case Against Me. UPS Decided Package Was Lost. What Now?

Hi,
I bought something, and the seller did not send any form of confirmation or order progress. The email address on the page bounced. The phone number was bogus, a fax number. I sent email to the seller address on the PP receipt, and there was no reply. I disputed case with PP, and they decided it against me as the seller provided them with a tracking number of a package that was delivered (released by UPS driver) six days before. I am a UPS My Choice subscriber, but I did not receive any notification from UPS, i.e. I had no idea a package was coming my way until PP said the package was delivered.
I filed a claim with UPS and they decided that the package was lost. What happens now?
I have no good way to contact the seller.
