hello i want to close my account but im not able to do it because my account temporary limited. i have 40$ balance and i want to withdraw it and close my account after . can anyone teach me how to do it? pls? thank you

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

If your account has been limited, you would not be able to close your account before the limitation has been resolved. Also, when an account is limited some of the functionalities are restricted which means that you may not have the option to withdraw your funds either. I would recommend completing the steps in your Resolution Centre and provide the requested information to resolve the matter.
