I thought I was buying a fishing license and got billed by this company but I only received a redirect to where I could buy a fishing license and was charged $47. Has anyone else had trouble with this scam? Fastspring

Sorry to hear you have had this experience. You may be able to open a dispute through the Resolution Center of your PayPal account. Here's how: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-open-a-dispute-with-a-seller-when-a-purchase-go.... Hope this helps.
