Hi, new to this so hope I'm in right section
Anyway , placed order for a rechargable flashlight £19 or around 35 usd , this was placed on 9th Jan, received confirmation of order, kept checking when item will be shipped , but after 8 emails no response, so contacted pp to raise dispute , received shipping confirmation from pp and company to say arriving in UK around 8th Feb, all fine until I went onto tracking page of China post , yep all confirmed item on way then I noticed weight of parcel
(0.001 kg ) WHAT !!!!!!!
That's about the weight of a paperclip not a aluminium aircraft grade rechargable flashlight with battery , what the hell are they sending me and what can I do ????
