If they want the small phone case, then they should pay the postage. Why should I be penalized for their mistake?
I received a cheap phone case for my Nintendo Switch game device. My dispute was closed because they have tracking info that shows a pkg was sent to me. So it seems that it doesn't matter to PayPal what was in the package, just as long as there was something sent.
