Open dispute

I have a few questions. First, How long does it typically take PayPal to review a case? Second question, I have a Buyer the open a case against me because he said "I didn't receive the package" even though the tracking number says it's delivered, What are the odds that I will win the case? Any response would be much appreciated.

1. Guess it depends on how many staff available / when they get around to it / how busy they are at the moment etc etc etc.

 

2. Good odds, as long as you have online trackable proof of delivery and have added the tracking number to the transaction / dispute.
