Open dispute waiting refund

I have an open dispute with a seller regarding an item, they said they would accept the item back and give me a full refund. I sent the item back 7 days ago with tracking, it was attempted to be delivered 5 days ago and no one was home and the seller has still not had it redelivered or been to collect it While it’s at the post office she won’t say she’s received it so I’m still waiting for my refund Do I have to do anything or will PayPal see that I’ve sent it (I have added the tracking number to the case) and that the seller just hasn’t been to collect it

I would tell paypal what you have said here.


Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is also randomly available.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
