Notification saying "There's a problem with your account" but its link doesn't work properly.

I get a message in my notification saying "There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access." but when I click on the link under it just goes back to my summary. What do I do?

Hey @ZacharyC,

 

That definitely sounds like a concern! That message typically means there's a restriction on the account. If that's the case, you can view what information we're requesting by clicking the bell at the top right of the screen next to the Logout button and choosing "Resolution Center." Once there, you'll find more information on the restriction and what details we need to resolve it. I hope this helps!
