Not recieved full refund on a case that has been set in my favour and closed

Hi. I've had 3 unauthorised transactions dealt with and completed in the resoltion centre. I'm happy to say 2 of the 3 transactions have been refunded back to my account. Sadly the 3rd transaction has not yet been refunded which I find odd as all 3 transaction went ahead unauthorised on the same day from the same person, all 3 transactions were reported on the same day and all completed together in the resolution centre, can you please find out why only 2 of the 3 amounts have been refunded to myself. Is it just a delay or has it been missed, as the case is now closed I cannot raise it again in the resoltion centre so I need you guys to look at this for me. I'm been sat in message centre for days with no response yet as to why I'm not recieved full payment as yet.
