Not genuine seller.

Seller pretend to sended iPhone xs with royal mail but basically I bought iPhone xs max 256gb gold new sealed. Seller said I sended iPhone xs in the parcel and someone else signed for it . I took the parcel from adress listed on PayPal and inside I founded huge surprise a small box fitted with papers. PayPal closed the case in seller favour. Is not fairly at all I paid for iPhone xs max 256gb new sealed gold not for rubbish. Seller sended fake evidence to PayPal I dont trust the seller even Ebay or PayPal... I lost £740 huge amount on Ebay , seller without any review. I'm seller as well and I never had negative feedback from buyers or sellers.

If PayPal won't reopen or change case type, and you paid with credit card, dispute it through card issuer. Also report the seller to eBay customer service.

I dont trust anymore PayPal or Ebay... I was thinking I will buy safe but no chance... from confusing to scam very very clever scam. Instead I bought iPhone xs max 256gb and the seller said to Ebay I sended iPhone xs 😒 🙁If the seller sended iPhone XS... which not this item was listed I should get this item .... I dont know which person I should trust... the seller or the person who signed for parcel... But £740 is lost...😥😥 I will send the case to financial Ombudsman Service against PayPal and Ebay to recover my money lost on Ebay and PayPal.
