I have been charged €696 from Booking.com and PayPal decided it wasn't fraudulent

I woke up with a charge of €696 to be taken from my bank account ( as I didn't have enough PayPal balance) to booking.com for a bloody hotel in Italy! I've contacted Paypal and they've closed my case 2 times!! Because there wasn't enough evidence it wasn't actually me. Meanwhile, I have nothing on my bloody booking.com account about that reservation and when you try to call them you can only get through with a bloody pin code that's on booking.

 

So PayPal is like "well we don't have enough evidence" and booking.com is like " we can't find the booking " I'm out of €696 and nobody cares!

 

I'm so so frustrated!

Is it pending or completed/payment on your paypal transaction?

Well, it says -€696 on my PayPal and that it will take that amount from my direct debit card in 3 working days. It's been already 2 and PayPal and Booking.com just bounce me back and forth with no action whatsoever.
