No Warning Account limits during a Pandemic. ZERO Customer service?

Paypal has NEVER had any problems with ME from the start ZERO complaints and I have supported them solely throughout the DECADES, no other cash apps allowed for my business because I argee with PAYPAL's business practices. Than Suddenly when I need PAYPAL the most to access MY FUNDS WHICH I EARNED ON MY OWN WITH NO HELP FROM PAYPAL. I get an ACCOUNT LIMITATION set on my account allowing me to DUMP all the cash I want into "PAYPAL" but not allowing me to touch a DIME OF IT.... NO WARNING, NO CALL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WAY TO CALL "CUSTOMER SERVICE". NOTHING BUT BOTS.... DURING A PANDEMIC!!!!!!!! Am I the only person in America that finds this practice not only TRUMP LIKE, but cruel in human and possibly CRIMINAL????
