No Button to Cancel Case?

So I didn't receive my product and the seller removed me from his contacts. I believed he was scamming me so I filed a case to get my money back. The seller ended up being removed and wasn't able to add me. Once I added him back, he said the product was working so he'd just refund. The refund was put on hold as the case was open now. Now I can't get my money back until PayPal responds, which will probably be at least a week from now. No cancel button is visible either. Is there any way to close the case?
