i have  friend who is self employed business owner type of account and has been using paypay (not fully understanding the product) . The money is now stuck in his account. he is being requested several documents one of which is a "partnership letterhead" which he does not have because it is just him. I could use some help. thanks

Your friend would need to contact customer service for assistance, as this is a public community, it's not possible to see how someone has setup their account - sounds like your friend choose the wrong type of business setup - that would be something that customer service may be able to resolve.
