Hi, not sure if this is the place to put this but here goes.

I ordered a life like baby doll from this company and paid $23.58USD, what arrived was a $2.00 crap doll that was crushed due to no packaging (not a problem as it was crap anyway). I emailed the company and they said it was a mistake and to return the doll and they would send out the correct one, I replied no thanks I would like a full refund and if they wanted the crap doll back they could send me a prepaid post bag. Anyway I had no success so I went to the resolution centre of PayPal and after weeks they said that the company would give me a 100% refund, all I had to do was return the incorrect doll and let them know the tracking details. I could not believe that PayPal have allowed this company to get away with this. I did check with the post office and it will cost me more to send the package back than what I will get from the refund. Since getting this result I have checked this company out and they are doing it constantly with everything they send out knowing that people will not be able to send back the crap they send as they will be more out of pocket. I am totally disgusted with PayPal as they obviously know all this and still let the company get away with it. Anyway, needless to say that I will not be getting any refund back. Thanks for nothing PayPal.

PayPal will not do anything and I've not been able to find anywhere else to report them. From now on I will only buy through EBAY as they will chase up complaints with companies like this.

Yes I was scammed also in august I waited for them to send a second parcel which was delivered 300 miles away in essex they gave me a fake tracking number so I called PayPal this evening 5 pm ish they said it would take 10. Days then I would get a refund if they didn't respond well 2.30 mins later I got a message I'm getting a refund now so try phone and explain to them you've been scammed it worked for me

I'm just waiting for the end of escalation with pay pal for ”not received” item. During this process the fraudster Nowtorn provided a shipping trace and after one another month, I got a cheap doll instead of a huge box of ten items!! Paypal is extending the end of the dispute always and it the 14th of October. If they answered me in my win, I will tell you. Otherwise I will contact Paypal. This is ridiculous when many people are desputing about this fraudster and scam seller, Paypal has hope to resolve the problem. Paypal should cancel their contribution with them.

Same thing happened to me I paid for a baby swing chair for my pregnant daughter — baby arrived and still no chair , I emailed time and time again , got excuses like lost in delivery will send replacement out — which never arrived .... contacted PayPal to complain , I didn’t get my money back as they provided tracking to an address 200 miles from the post code attached to my account ... the company actually told me they would not be refunding me and PayPal enabled them to scam me too ... something must be done about this — I have not to this day received the goods or my money ... FURIOUS

Hey guys, I believe there is a way to fix it, Paypal has asked me to file an ic3 complaint and they will close the case in your favor without returning the item!!! I received this message from their DISPUTE DEPARTMENT:

"Hello Luiz,

As you've received worthless item for the case ID "PP-D-85227860". please file ic3 complaint and help us with the document by Oct 10, 2020, so that I'll close the case in your favor without returning the item. To file a complaint, go to https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx.

If you would like to share any additional details and proof regarding this case, please attach the files on this conversation as this is guest checkout transaction, you are unable to add details from resolution center."

How did this work out? I have just raised a dispute about this company. Same issue as everyone else. They have sent some worthless item that is far from what I had purchased and then they claimed it was a distribution error and they will either give me a 60% refund or they can resend the correct item.

I ordered this item, when it arrived in the post it was not as described in the website details.

Instead of receiving the Detachable Slr Camera/Camcorder Stabilizer as I was led to believe that I had ordered and paid for, I received a heavy flat cardboard object with a piece of plastic inside as shown in the images attached. I do not know what the function of this object is but it has nothing to do with cameras.

This is a misleading and dishonest tactic by the company involved and the fake products website they operate. I don't think that this is even a company. I believe that they are a bunch of scammers who put up products online they don't have, get orders and payment, then send junk to show they sent something and promise to rectify it by saying they are sending the original item ordered. Of course this is a lie, there is no original item.

First image is of the item advertised. The other images are of the useless piece of wood or cardboard with no detectable function that was delivered to me. I contacted Newtron Trade and they promised to send me the item as advertised saying the other item sent was a shipping mistake. This is not a company, these are back street scammers based in China.
