Refund scam in an online game

I've been selling items in an online game because I'm trying to quit, I've done some transactions without an issue. The proccess usually works like this:

1. I chat with the buyer in a platform called Discord and we agree on a price for the items customer wants to buy.

2. They send me the money on paypal.

3. Once I have the money, I trade them the item in game and transaction is over.

In this case, since I'm kind of new to Paypal, I didn't realize that my money was on hold so I traded my items to the buyer. After trying to contact this person he kept telling me that he was going to confirm he recieved the items, but after some time he started to dodge me so I decided to contact PayPal asking what could I do because I felt this buyer was trying to scam me, they told me to wait a couple days until the money would get free for me to use.

The next day after I contact paypal, I recieve a message from them saying the buyer said he didn't get the items so he wanted a refund. Considering everything happened in an online game, it's kind of hard to prove I traded the items (I got the recorded version of the conversation and some screenshots in game where we can see a message saying "trade successful" and the person saying thank you). The person started to delete his messages from discord because he realized I was sending screenshots to paypal (he doesn't know I have a recorded version of the conversation). He did 3 transactions and 2 of them were refunded already because I didn't have enough evidence according to paypal and all he had to say was "he didn't give me the item", one case is still going and I got more evidence.

I recently got help from the game owner where he shows me the evidence of the trade based on the game logs (this has to be the most official way to prove things in an online game), but 2 of my cases are closed and I'd like to add new evidence to the case but I don't know how to make it so I'm wondering if anyone could suggest me what to do in this case because this means that every single customer I have could scam me if they wanted to and all they'd need to do is to say they didn't get anything without any single evidence (he never complained, he even asked me if he could buy more and it's all recorded, he also admited he got banned from the game which explains why he's now trying to scam)
