Hey guys, I believe there is a way to fix it, Paypal has asked me to file an ic3 complaint and they will close the case in your favor without returning the item!!! I received this message from their DISPUTE DEPARTMENT: "Hello Luiz, As you've received worthless item for the case ID "PP-D-85227860". please file ic3 complaint and help us with the document by Oct 10, 2020, so that I'll close the case in your favor without returning the item. To file a complaint, go to https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx. If you would like to share any additional details and proof regarding this case, please attach the files on this conversation as this is guest checkout transaction, you are unable to add details from resolution center."
