NEED HELP

Hi, I need help regarding my Account, I accidentally linked my wife's bank account to my PAYPAL account, and it sent me this msg "We noticed that you've been using your PayPal account in a questionable manner. To understand this better, we need more information from you. You'll need to provide the requested information to regain full access." how can I resolve this, I've done the asked task, but I can't do the last task which is to present proof of billing, I don't have any proof of billing with my name in it. I really need your help.

You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
