ACCOUNT LIMITATION

I've tried all the possible ways to lift the limitations. I've uploaded each and every single passport I have but to no avail. I'm constantly told they're too blurrish. All I need to know is whether the account is salvageable or I should just stop wasting my time trying to fix it. I have completed all the other necessary steps required including linking it with my bank account and all that. This matter has really gotten under my skin as I have money I deposited into the account a couple of weeks ago and I haven't been able to withdraw ever since. So I just need to know how to go about it. I've tried everything.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading documents. Whenever you upload documents for review, please make sure the document is completely visible with no alterations. In addition, we aren't able to accept expired documents. If you need any additional assistance, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
