My paypal account was stolen, and the hacker took money from my bank account

last week, a hacker broke into my account took some money and then changed the email and password on the account (i was not notified of the email change) so they essentially stole my account. Ive notified paypal support, and they said they would reply without 72 hours to reply. That was on sunday. Ive opened another message on the message center (to ask for an update) as they closed the conversation. They havent replied to that either. Im not sure what to do next.

I feel for you I am trying also............. no help out there for victims of these crimes with them 3-4 hour hold, automated replies, automated denials without discussing anything with me bunch of **bleep**!!!!!!!!! No excuse for no customer service during covid everyone can be working from home
