Hello,i bought a product from ebay.(a dress)
When i got the product i used 3-4 days,then i washed out.
And the size of the dress was smaller.I talked with the seller to i want to return the item
I talked with the seller to i want to return the item.And i opened a case on PayPal,but after 3-4 days my case is just disappeared.I didn't get any email from paypal where they say my case is closed.Checked the closed case menu,but my case is not there.When i click to the transaction,i can still see the message:"There is an open dispute associated with this transaction. Visit the Resolution Center to view status.",but i have zero open case in the resolution center.
Can a admin help me?
This is a bug or what???
