My business account is limited on creation

I just created a business account to separate my commissions from my personal transactions and the account was immediately limited on the spot. It only just says " After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal." But there's literally no review, this happened immediately after creating my business account. Any help or maybe a customer support number I can call?

I would recommend contacting Customer Support for assistance on this matter.  You can contact Customer Support on Twitter by sending DM to @AskPayPal or a PM on Facebook by going to facebook.com/PayPal. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
