Hi there, I’m trying to change my Acount to business but I couldn’t make it. At the moment my Acount is limited! I’m tired of this and I want to go back to normal Acount, is that possible?
There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
