my account account always being limited when ever the company pays me for my salary pls fix already send necessary doc. and remove limitation but again it becomes limited

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

already did but still poping same msg even thou i provided info then it reject then you start all over gain like an unending loop
