Hi, I sent a payment to someone, and I see the transaction is pending. Then I received an email from Paypal asking me to give them the birth date of the recipient. I wrote the recipient's birth date in a pdf file and sent it. I see a message that the document I sent is ilegible, and I see a notification that my account is temporary limited. I need to remove the limitations from my account even if they cancel this transaction.
