I can't provide purchase receipt from a supplier please help?

Hello! I'm new to PayPal and my account itself is barely a week old. The money that's currently on hold in my account is from some friends of mine who paid me for a virtual service. I received an email about being limited by the site so I answered all the questions to the best of my ability except the last one. I can't provide a purchase receipt from your supplier because I custom make my products by myself. Is there any way I can talk to someone without having to call PayPal so I can restore my account properly? I'm not a resident of America by the way. Please and thank you.
